1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fee is Php50 for Metro Manila areas and P150 for provincial areas (outside Metro Manila) . Shipping is free for purchases above Php2500.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Upon checkout, just choose your country and your shipping cost will automatically be computed on our site.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BDO bank deposits or transfers and PayPal. Account details will be given to you once your order has been successfully placed.

5. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Returns are free within Metro Manila if the original purchase amount was Php1500 and above.
6. How do I order online?
1. Choose the item/s you would like to purchase by using the search bar or browsing the different categories. Click on the photos. Use the drop down menu to choose color/size and to see if the variant you want is available.
2. Click "Add to Cart"
3. When you are ready to pay, click "View Cart"
4. Fill in fields with your contact and shipping information
5. Click "Continue to next step"
6. Choose you payment option (BDO, BPI, GCash, M.Lhuillier or PayPal)
7. Click "Complete my purchase"
8. Take note of your total and payment instructions. The same info along with your sales invoice will be sent to your email.

8. When do you ship out paid orders?
We ship out confirmed paid orders the next business day. Non-business days are weekends and public holidays.
9. How long does shipping take?
Upon confirmed payment, we ship out the next business day. (Non-business days are weekends and public holidays.) After which, delivery to Metro Manila areas take 2-4 business days. Provincial deliveries take 4-5 business days. International deliveries take 5-10 business days.
10. What courier do you use?
We use the services of Cliqnship. Their provincial parter courier is LBC.
11. How do I track my package?
You may track your package through www.cliqnship.com. For provincial deliveries, the Cliqnship website will show your LBC tracking number as "Other Waybill." You may then proceed to the LBC website to track your package.
12. What are preordered items?
Preordered items are those marked with "Preorder" at time of ordering. These are styles with stocks arriving in 2 to 3 weeks and are available for preorders.
13. Why do I have to pay right away in full for preordered items?
Because incoming stocks are limited, we prioritize reservation of items to customers who pay in full. If preordered items is left unpaid after 3 days, we will release the reservation to make way for customers in the waiting list.
14. I can't find the item I'm looking for. I saw it on your Instagram / Facebook account. How do I find it on your site?
You may use the search function on our site (click on the magnifying glass icon) and type in the style name or description of the item you are looking for. If your search yields no result then it is most probably from an old collection and not in stock anymore.
