1. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders P2,900 and above.
For orders below Php 2,900 shipping is Php 50 for Metro Manila areas and Php 150 for provincial areas (outside Metro Manila).

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We ship worldwide through our partner courier, Cliqnship. They then hand over international packages to EMS (Express Mail Service). To calculate your shipping cost, simply place your orders in your cart and proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping address. Our site will automatically compute your shipping fee. International shipping takes 5-10 business days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept BDO and BPI bank deposits or transfers, GCash, M.Lhuillier and PayPal. Account details will be given to you once your order has been successfully placed.

5. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Customer will have to shoulder shipping fees.

6. How do I order online?
  • Choose the item/s you would like to purchase by using the search function (click on the magnifying glass icon) or browsing the different categories. Click on the photos. Use the drop down menu to choose your size  and to see if the variant you want is available. Exact dimensions are indicated on the product page.
  • Click "Add to Cart"
  • When you are ready to complete your order, click "View Cart"
  • Review your orders.
  • Click "Checkout"
  • Fill in fields with your contact and shipping information
  • Click "Continue to shipping method"
  • Choose your shipping method (Metro Manila or outside Metro Manila)
  • Click "Continue to payment method"
  • Choose you payment option (BDO, BPI, GCash, M.Lhuillier, PayPal)
  • Click "Complete order"
  • Take note of your total and payment instructions. The same info along with your sales invoice will be sent to your email.

8. When do you ship out paid orders?

We ship out packages daily except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Packages are shipped out one business day after confirmed payment.

9. How long does shipping take?

Upon confirmed payment, we ship out the next business day. (Non-business days are weekends and public holidays.) After which, delivery to Metro Manila areas take 2-4 business days. Provincial deliveries take 4-5 business days. International deliveries take 5-10 business days.

10. What courier do you use?

All domestic shipments are handled by Cliqnship. Provincial packages are forwarded to their shipping partners LBC.

11. How do I track my package?

Packages can be tracked online at www.cliqnship.com as soon as Cliqnship encodes your tracking number on their website. This can take up to 24 hours upon shipping out your package. Your tracking number will be provided to you via email once your package has been shipped out.

For provincial deliveries, the Cliqnship website will show an "Other Waybill" when you track your waybill on their site. This is your LBC tracking number. You may then proceed to track your package in the LBC website.

12. What are preordered items?

Preordered items are those marked with "Preorder" at time of ordering. These are styles with stocks arriving in 2 to 3 weeks and are available for preorders. Tentative ship out dates are indicated on the product page.

13. Why do I have to pay right away in full for preordered items?

Because incoming stocks are limited, we prioritize reservation of items to customers who pay in full. If preordered items is left unpaid after 3 days, we will release the reservation to make way for customers in the waiting list.

14. I can't find the item I'm looking for. I saw it on your Instagram / Facebook account. How do I find it on your site?

You may use the search function on our site (click on the magnifying glass icon) and type in the style name or description of the item you are looking for. If your search yields no result then it is most probably from an old collection and not in stock anymore.
